Louisville Bride Feature

So it has been awhile since the last post, but I think that this is worth it…our first publication! In the current issue of Louisville Bride (http://louisvillebride.epubxpress.com/) we have a four page spread right in the center of the magazine of an amazing wedding we designed and created in January. Kristen and Adam were a great couple to work with, from glitter everywhere to forty five inch long feathers in the bridal bouquet, their wedding was a modern winter soiree inspired by 1950’s Hollywood glam!

White Grecian columns, several of yards of fabric, a couple trees and a few hundred candles help to create an amazing setting for the ceremony. Spanning over eight feet wide and reach eleven feet tall, white river birch branches formed a natural arch for the couple.

For the reception, hundreds of feet of Swarovski and Austrian crystal dripped from five foot tall silver gilded tree. Adorned with pendants, candles and nestled in a sophisticated urn of lush white flowers, these trees made up only a third of the centerpieces. Arrangements, over two feet in diameter, were created with a mixture of white flowers to represent a bed of freshly fallen snow; while the other centerpieces towered over ten feet tall bursting with white dendrobium orchids, calla lilies, roses, and crystal covered branches, it was no mistake this was a winter night full of sparkle. Blue lighting completely transformed the room and the rhinestone studded orchid at each place setting help to make this event … speechless!
